英文原文如下：Sony announces Simple Live Streaming for HXR-NX80 & PXW-Z90 camcorders

Sony has announced that the HXR-NX80 and PXW-Z90 4K HDR professional camcorders will receive additional live streaming capability via a free firmware upgrade.

With Simple Live Streaming, the HXR-NX80 and PXW-Z90 only require a Wi-Fi connection, you don’t need any other additional equipment. This new feature will allow users to conduct live streaming and upload onto major video sharing sites and social media platforms with any Wi-Fi connection.

With the continuing proliferation of social media and its ever increasing popularity it is no surprise that camera manafacturers are coming up with easier to use live steaming solutions.

Sony has previously promoted easy to use live streaming by using a combination of the MCX-500 Multi Camera Live Producer and the RM-30MP remote commander, but this new addition to these 4K HDR professional camcorders makes things a lot easier.

If a user wants to expand live streaming by utilizing multiple HXR-NX80 and PXW-Z90 camcorders, they can connect the cameras to the MCX-500 via SDI or HDMI. This allows users to live stream onto social media platforms with features such as tally, title, and transitions.

Sony HXR-NX80 and PXW-Z90 they are well-suited for a range of live applications including events, concerts, seminars, weddings, and news reporting. Both cameras feature Sony’s Hybrid AF system and they both have a 1.0-type stacked Exmor RS CMOS image sensor. They also have a fixed 29mm wide-angle ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T lens and are equipped with a 12x optical zoom that can be increased to a maximum of 18x with Clear Image Zoom. On the audio front, they also have proper XLR audio inputs and controls.

When will it be available? The free firmware upgrade is planned to be available by the end of 2019.
